COMMUNITY YARD SALE & CRAFT BAZAAR
The SECOND SATURDAY of each month, March -May and again, September- November, we offer our neighbors the chance to sell their unneeded yard sale items or handmade artisan items to the public in a fun, community focused event. The event takes place at our store, in the front parking lot and on the front lawn and runs from 9am -2pm. Free public parking opens at 8:30 am and is located behind the store.
You never know what kind of treasures will show up. There's always a great variety of goods, with as many as 25-40 vendors in one convenient location. It's truly an event everyone can enjoy- young or old!
Local non-profits and food trucks often show up to sell baked goods, drinks, and lunch items so you don't "shop till you drop". Each month brings a different food vendor.
See below for photos from previous events...
Can't wait to shop! Tell me more!
Local residents bring furniture, art, clothing, home decor, tools, toys, sporting goods, memorabilia, military items, collectibles, jewelry, and more to sell at great bargain prices!
Local crafters often offer handmade or hand carved wood items (functional and decorative), painted art, pottery, jewelry, potted plants and cut flowers, metal works, and even locally made sweets and snacks!
Parking is free and convenient with limited walking to booths. So, it's no trouble at all to get your new treasures back to your car. Large trees offer some shade in the warm summer months.
Follow directional Signs and park behind the store. Entering off of Highway 73, may be the easiest. For safety reasons, please don't park along the highways. PARKING OPENS AT 8:30 am. Please no early birds while vendors are setting up.
Some crafters accept credit cards but bring cash for all your other bargains!
Come early for the best selection. Come back by before closing for the best deals!
The events are 'RAIN OR SHINE' but in the event of SEVERE weather, may be cancelled.
Sounds Great! How can I become a vendor?
Are you an antique/vintage dealer?
Do you make and sell artisan items?
Need to declutter your house?
Then you are a perfect fit for our community event!
The sale of any kind of legal item is welcomed, however we focus on antique dealers, crafters and yard sales. Modern bulk/wholesale items are permitted but don't sell as well.
Vendor spaces are 15' x15' roughly, and some longer "pull-through" trailer spaces are also available.
It's only $30 to reserve a spot, cheaper than one yard sale ad in a newspaper!
On average there are about 50 fellow vendors at the sale and 200-300 shoppers. That's probably more people than attended your last yard sale. Plus, you don't have to put up all the signs!
Most vendors do so well that they come back multiple times each year.
